Thomas Hvid Kjær graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law (Cand.merc.jur.). He specializes in corporate and insolvency law, insurance law and commercial contractual matters. Thomas can assist you in the following areas of expertise:

Thorbjørn Sønderbo Patscheider graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law (Cand.merc.jur.) He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company law and business contract law Affairs. Thorbjørn can assist you in the following areas:

Sarah is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in law at Københavns Universitet and works from our Copenhagen office. In addition, she holds a degree as logistikøkonom from CPH Business, where she developed an interest in property law issues. Through previous student jobs, Sarah has also gained an interest in business transfers.
Carl-Emil studies his master’s in law, at University of Southern Denmark and works from our office in Odense. Carl-Emil is especially interested in commercial law. That can be such subjects as, GDPR as well as the fast development happening in the IT-legal department and its effect.
Julie holds a degree as markedsføringsøkonom and is currently pursuing a professional bachelor in international handel and marketing at Erhvervsakademi København. During her studies, she has gained experience in various aspects of marketing.
Mads is a data specialist and works with IT development and automation of processes. Mads works from our office in Odense and has a great interest in IT process optimization for the benefit of both colleagues in Raadgiver.dk and our clients.
